Mark G. Anderson established ReTechnology Power and Water Engineering (RETECH) with over 30 years of experience in the area of Energy Project Engineering possessing numerous outstanding achievements globally within Mechanical & Project Engineering, Construction Management, and Energy & Power Management including Alternative Energy and Renewable Power Productions Systems and its Business Development. He started in the commercial Nuclear power industry and progressed to international projects related to utility scale wind and solar power, waste heat recovery, waste water treatment, and ultrapure water treatment.

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ReTechnology Power and Water Engineering, he is in charge of the over-all management of the company being the communicator, decision maker, leader, and manager in seeking renewable energy and water engineering and construction projects. He recently issued a Request for Proposals to 5 of the largest construction companies in the world for $55 Million for the Main Power Transformers and the Wind Turbine Pad-mount Transformers. All EPC work million Balance of Plant (BOP) Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) work on a large wind farm project. He provides independent power and water solutions to developing nations and small island developing states. He also supports the USTDA, United Nations, USAID, and NGOs by being their effective advisor/consultant.

Prior to establishing RETECH, Mr. Anderson  was a Senior Vice President/General Manager of an EPC contractor partnering with brightsource energy and numerous clients for engineering project management activities around the world; Executive Director of a non-profit organization that provides resources through a wiki based resource center, to assist individuals and small business to develop traditional and alternative energy choice solutions; Director of Engineering & Construction of boutique sustainable energy development company; Director of Engineering/ISO Program Manager a uniform provider with solutions for businesses requiring uniforms and textile rental programs; General Superintendent of a company that specializes in supplying Environment System Products (ESP) related products and services to the oil and gas industry; CEO & Founder of a consulting Services Company, and Project Engineer, Designer, Consulting Engineer, and Developing Engineer of other various companies in his previous years as a Professional Engineer.

 
Mark Anderson has published 2 white papers: Controlling EPC Costs (May, 2011) and SOLAR Power-Gen, Long Beach, California, USA (February 13, 2012). He has provided presentations regarding renewable energy projects in the US and abroad and provided recommendation to the US Trade Development Agency for feasibility studies resulting in renewable project development. He has also proudly presented at the Moroccan American Professionals Renewable Energy Conference on overview of renewable energy to 300 officials and business professionals in Casablanca, Morocco. He has participated in panel discussions in the Water-gy (Water-Energy) Conference, September 16, 2011, Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.

Mark Studied Contracts and Intellectual Property Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree from Whittier Law School, California, USA (2007-2008); Holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from San Diego State University, California, USA (2003-2005), and a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Hartford, Connecticut, USA (1975-1979). He is licensed to pursue his professional Engineer career in 2 states: California and Minnesota, USA.
